Export Lexus LX Car Prices in Dubai

Car Model & Year Price
Lexus LX 500d Turbo Sport (White), 2024 AED 475,000

A Lexus LX for export from Dubai is three quite different vehicles wearing the same two letters, and choosing between them is most of the decision. The LX 570 is a V8 from the previous generation. The LX 600 is the current twin turbo V6 car. The LX 700h adds a hybrid system on top of that V6. Anyone planning to export Lexus LX from Dubai stock needs to settle which of the three they mean before looking at a single price, because the buyers, the destinations and the servicing questions are not the same for any two of them.

The other thing to settle early is what an LX is once it leaves the region. Mechanically it sits on the same platform as a Land Cruiser, and in most of the world a Land Cruiser is the easiest large vehicle there is to keep running. An LX is not, and the reason is specific rather than general. What follows sorts the generations, then explains what the trim level changes for someone importing rather than driving. After that: which markets take which car, what moves a Lexus LX export Dubai price, and the parts question sitting behind GCC, Japanese and American cars. It ends with what to confirm before the deposit. Buyers who already know they want the current car should go to the Lexus LX 600 export listings, and the hybrid is on the Lexus LX 700h export listings.

LX 570, LX 600 or LX 700h: which one you are looking at

The LX 570 is the third generation car, launched for the 2008 model year and sold in this region until 2021. It runs a 5.7 litre naturally aspirated V8 of around 383 horsepower through an automatic gearbox, and it is the car most buyers in Central Asia and the Caucasus mean when they say LX. It went through two significant facelifts, in 2012 and 2016, and the later nose is easy to recognise. Because the generation ran so long, a 570 can be anything from an eighteen year old vehicle to a five year old one, and that spread is where import age caps start deciding things for you.

The LX 600 replaced it for the 2022 model year, premiered in the UAE and Saudi Arabia in October 2021. It moved to a twin turbo V6 producing around 409 horsepower, a ten speed automatic and a new platform shared with the current Land Cruiser. It drives and rides quite differently from the 570 and it is a lighter, more efficient vehicle, which matters in markets where fuel is expensive.

The LX 700h was unveiled in October 2024 and sits at the top of the range. It keeps the twin turbo V6 and adds a parallel hybrid system for a combined output of around 457 horsepower. For an export buyer the hybrid is the generation that needs the most thought, because a high voltage system in a market with no Lexus dealer is a genuinely different maintenance proposition from a petrol V8.

Trim level pages exist for the cars that sell in volume, including the Lexus LX 570, the LX 600 F Sport, the LX 600 Signature and the LX 600 Prestige. Use them once the generation is settled.

Premium, Prestige, Signature, VIP and F Sport: what the trim changes for an importer

The Gulf range is graded by equipment rather than by drivetrain, so every trim on a given generation shares the same engine. What changes is seating layout, interior materials, the audio and display specification, the driver assistance package and, on the higher grades, the rear cabin. On the current car the ladder runs roughly from Premium through Prestige and Signature to the VIP, with the F Sport sitting apart as the sporting specification rather than above the others.

For a driver this is a straightforward choice. For an importer it is mostly a resale question, and the answer depends entirely on the destination. In Central Asia and the Caucasus the high grades with the rear cabin specification carry a real premium and sell faster. In markets that buy the LX as a working executive vehicle the mid grades move more easily, and a VIP with a four seat rear cabin is harder to place.

The F Sport deserves a specific warning. It carries different wheels, a different suspension calibration and specific body and interior trim, none of which is shared with the other grades. Those are the parts that are slow to source in a market without a Lexus network, in exactly the way that a performance trim always is.

Whatever the grade, get the specification confirmed against the VIN rather than against the advertisement. Trim names are used loosely in the second hand trade, and the difference between a Prestige and a Signature is money.

Where a Dubai LX goes, and which generation each market takes

Central Asia and the Caucasus are the heart of this market and have been for years. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia buy LX 570s in quantity, value the V8 specifically, and have workshops that know the car. Fuel is affordable, winters are hard on lesser vehicles, and the LX has a reputation there that the numbers on a specification sheet do not capture.

Russia and Belarus take both generations and have long treated the LX as a default choice at this size. Iraq and Jordan buy steadily, mostly reached overland or through Aqaba, and the LX 600 is gaining ground there against the older car.

Within the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain buy Dubai stock by road on export plates. That is the simplest route available and the specification is already correct.

Africa is a smaller and more selective market for the LX than for the Land Cruiser, and the reason is the point made below about parts. Nigeria, Angola, Libya and the wealthier end of East Africa buy them, generally the 570 rather than the current car, and generally to buyers who already have a relationship with a workshop that can handle one.

Right hand drive is a hard stop. Every LX sold in the UAE is left hand drive. Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Pakistan and the rest of the right hand drive world either accept that or source from Japan, where right hand drive LXs exist.

What sets the export price of a Lexus LX

Generation sets the band before anything else, and within the 570's long run the model year matters more than it would on a shorter lived car. A 2020 570 and a 2010 570 are the same generation and are not remotely the same purchase.

Mileage and service history come next, with agency history carrying real weight because of the systems discussed below. A car serviced through Lexus in the region, with the suspension and the transfer case attended to on schedule, is worth the premium it asks.

Suspension condition is the item that moves the price most on this vehicle and the one buyers most often overlook. Both generations use a height adjustable air and hydraulic suspension system, and worn components on it are neither cheap nor quick to replace. A car that sits level on its own after standing overnight is telling you something useful. A car that has settled at one corner is telling you something more expensive.

Then the ordinary levers: trim grade against destination demand, accident and paint history, colour, whether the seller is a dealer or a private owner, whether finance has to be cleared before de registration, and the shipping method. An LX is a large vehicle and freight is a bigger share of the landed cost than on a saloon.

GCC, Japanese and American LXs, and the parts question behind them

Start with the point that governs everything else. An LX shares its platform, its engine family and much of its running gear with the Land Cruiser, and people take that to mean it will be as easy to keep running. In a market with no Lexus presence it is not. Filters, brakes, belts and engine parts cross over and are easy. The air suspension, the adaptive damping, the interior electronics, the audio and display systems, the lighting and every body panel are Lexus parts, and in a country where the Land Cruiser is serviced on every corner those items still have to be ordered and shipped. That is the single most useful thing to understand before buying one.

A GCC specification car is built for heat, comes with the regional agency warranty, and carries the infotainment and navigation configured for this region. It is what almost everything listed here will be, and for a hot climate destination it is the right car.

Japanese specification LXs are genuine and common in the wider export trade, because Lexus sells the LX in Japan. They arrive with Japanese menu systems and a radio tuner stepped for the Japanese band, and the trim grades do not map onto the Gulf grades. Japan is also where right hand drive LXs come from, which is why right hand drive buyers are pointed there rather than here.

American specification cars exist as well, with United States lighting, a speedometer in miles and their own equipment grades. They are unremarkable in markets that import American vehicles and awkward in markets that do not. Ask for the VIN, the country of first registration and a photograph of the build plate, and the specification resolves itself without argument.

How to buy a Lexus LX in Dubai for export

Work the listings, filter by generation, year and mileage, and contact the seller directly by phone, WhatsApp or callback. OneClickDrive is a marketplace, so there is no agent between you and the seller and no commission added to the price. Ask for the VIN in writing, current photographs, the full service history and confirmation of the trim grade.

Book an independent pre shipment inspection and brief it for this vehicle specifically. The suspension system comes first: a height test through every setting, a check for leaks at each corner, and a look at the compressor. Then a diagnostic scan for stored faults, the transfer case and differential condition, the state of the interior electronics and the display, and paint depth readings across the panels. Ask for a photographic record of every existing mark on the day of inspection.

Once you and the seller settle on a number, ask for freight and documentation in writing. What follows depends on whether the vehicle has ever been registered here. If it has, the RTA cancels that registration and issues the Export Certificate together with the temporary plates the car moves on. If it is a zero kilometre vehicle there is nothing to cancel, and it travels on the dealer invoice with a Certificate of Origin. Finance against the car stops either route until it is paid off.

The car leaves through Jebel Ali by roll on roll off or in a container, or overland on export plates for a Gulf destination. An LX is large enough that freight is worth quoting both ways before choosing. Duty, approval testing and registration at the destination are your own country's rules and your own agent's work. Everything else, meaning the papers you need, how VAT is treated and how freight is currently arranged, is set out on the Dubai export cars hub.

Model years, age limits and the suspension check before the deposit

Age caps decide more LX transactions than they decide on almost any other vehicle traded here, purely because the 570 generation ran for thirteen years. A market with a ten year cap admits the last few years of 570 production and nothing before it. A five year cap excludes the entire 570 generation and leaves you buying an LX 600. Check the cap against the model year on the registration card, not the year in the listing, and check it before you shortlist rather than after.

Engine capacity duty is the second gate and it separates the generations neatly. A 5.7 litre V8 sits at the top of every displacement based duty scale. The LX 600's twin turbo V6 sits well below it, and in markets that band duty by capacity that difference can outweigh the price difference between the two cars entirely. Work the landed cost, not the purchase price.

The hybrid adds a third question. An LX 700h carries a high voltage battery and the systems that go with it, and those are not serviceable by a general workshop. Before buying one, establish that somewhere within reach of the car can work on it. In a market with a Lexus dealer this is a non question. In a market without one it is the whole question.

Before the deposit, confirm five things. Which generation and trim the VIN says it is. Whether the suspension holds height at every corner and has documented service. Whether your market admits the car at its age and displacement. Whether the car is clear of finance and ready to de register. And what the freight quote covers. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the LX 570, LX 600 and LX 700h?

The LX 570 is the previous generation, sold from 2008 to 2021 with a 5.7 litre naturally aspirated V8. The LX 600 replaced it for 2022 with a twin turbo V6 and a new platform. The LX 700h, unveiled in October 2024, adds a parallel hybrid system to that V6 and sits at the top of the range.

Is a Lexus LX as easy to service abroad as a Land Cruiser?

The engine and running gear are, because they are shared. The air suspension, adaptive damping, interior electronics, lighting and every body panel are Lexus parts, and in a market with no Lexus network those have to be ordered and shipped. That is the main practical difference between the two.

Which countries buy the most Lexus LX from Dubai?

Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia lead, with Russia and Belarus close behind and steady volume into Iraq and Jordan. Other Gulf states buy by road on export plates. Africa is a smaller market for the LX than for the Land Cruiser.

Will import age limits let me bring in an LX 570?

It depends on the cap and the model year. A ten year cap admits only the last few years of 570 production. A five year cap excludes the generation entirely and leaves the LX 600 as the only option. Check the model year on the registration card rather than the listing.

What should an inspector check first on a used LX?

The suspension. Both generations use a height adjustable air and hydraulic system, and worn components are expensive and slow to replace. Ask for a height test through every setting, a leak check at each corner and an inspection of the compressor.

Can I get a right hand drive Lexus LX from Dubai?

No. Every LX sold in the UAE is left hand drive. Right hand drive LXs exist in Japan, so buyers in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Pakistan and similar markets either accept a left hand drive car or source from there instead.

Does the hybrid LX 700h make sense as an import?

Only where somebody within reach can work on a high voltage system. In a market with a Lexus dealer it is a straightforward purchase. In a market without one, the hybrid hardware is the part of the car that nobody local will touch.

Does OneClickDrive handle the export?

No. The cars are listed here and you are connected straight to the seller, with no commission on the price. The inspection, the de registration, the freight and the paperwork are the seller's responsibility or their forwarder's, and you deal with them directly. Details of the sequence and the documents required are on the Dubai export cars hub.

Note: The above listings including the prices are updated by the respective used car sellers and dealership. Incase the car is not available at the price mentioned (exclusive of VAT), please inform us and we’ll get back to you with the best alternative. Happy buying!
