The Adamas is the large three row SUV that replaced the ROX 01, sold with six or seven seats and driven by electric motors at both axles, with a 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine on board to charge the battery. Anyone looking at a ROX Adamas for sale in Dubai is mostly looking at cars with a few kilometres on them, because the model only reached the region in late 2025. A used ROX Adamas here is, in practice, a nearly new car that a dealer or trader has listed in the second hand section, and the same is true of most Adamas for sale in UAE showrooms outside the city.

So the comparison works differently from most cars. The ROX Adamas price moves on the seat layout, on whether the car is GCC spec or came in from China, and on who is giving the warranty, far more than on wear. A ROX Adamas used for a few hundred kilometres and one that has never been registered can sit side by side, and the right ROX Adamas UAE price for each is not the same. Before you read any Adamas car price in an advert for a used ROX Adamas Dubai dealers are offering, work out which version and which spec it is.

Adamas or ROX 01: telling the two generations apart

ROX launched the 01 first. The Adamas is its successor, built on the same range extender layout and the same wheelbase of just over three metres, with a new front, a reworked cabin and more equipment in the top versions. It made its debut in Abu Dhabi in October 2025 and went on sale in China at the end of that year, which is why the Gulf had it first.

Because both names are sold in Dubai, advert titles get mixed up, and a search for a ROX 01 Adamas price in the UAE brings up both cars. You will see the car written as ROX Adamas, ROX 01 Adamas, and now and then with the Polestones name in front. If a listing calls itself an Adamas but the photos show the earlier front end, compare it with the used ROX 01 listings instead. The registration papers or the chassis number will tell you which car it is.

First Class or Couch: six seats or seven

ROX builds two cabins, and the seat count is the first thing to settle.

First Class is the car most dealers in Dubai stock. It suits a family that rarely fills every seat and wants the middle row to be the comfortable place to sit. A household that regularly carries seven, or wants to slide a child seat onto a bench, is better served by the Couch.

GCC spec, Chinese spec or Other

Adamas listings in Dubai fall into three groups, and the label on the card matters more than the colour or the trim.

A GCC spec car was supplied for this region, normally through the official ROX distributor in the UAE, and should come with a factory warranty that a local service centre recognises. A Chinese spec car was built for the home market and imported by a trader. It can be cheaper, but the menus, the voice assistant and some connected features may be set up for China, and the battery fitted to China market cars has been reported smaller than the one on the global specification. Cars marked Other usually mean the seller has not said, so ask.

None of this makes a Chinese spec Adamas a bad buy. It means you should ask three things before a viewing: which battery is fitted, whether the software is in English and can be updated here, and who will honour the warranty.

Why so many Adamas cars in the used section have no kilometres

Traders bring in batches of new cars and list them wherever buyers search, so a car with zero on the odometer often appears among the used ROX Adamas for sale in Dubai. Some have already been registered once by the importer, which technically makes the buyer the second owner. Others have never been plated.

Ask the seller which it is. A car that was registered and then sold on may already have used part of its factory cover, and its Mulkiya will show the first registration date. A car that has never been plated needs its first RTA registration in your name, so the seller should hand over the customs papers the RTA will ask for before you pay.

Living with a range extender in Dubai

The petrol engine never drives the wheels. It runs a generator that tops up the battery, and the electric motors do the work, with all wheel drive on every car and very strong acceleration for something this heavy. The global specification quotes an electric range of about 235 km on the WLTC cycle, and real range falls when the air conditioning works hard in summer.

For most owners that means charging at home overnight and covering the school run, the office and the weekend shopping on electricity. On a drive to Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah the engine comes in and you refuel at an ordinary station, so there is no range worry on long trips. A villa with a wall box gets the most out of the car. In an apartment, check what your building allows before you buy.

Running costs follow the same pattern. Charging at home costs less than filling the tank, the engine still needs its regular oil service, and Salik and parking cost the same as for any other car. Tyres for a heavy, powerful SUV are not cheap, so look at the tread on the car you are viewing.

What to look at on a nearly new Adamas

With so few kilometres, the checks are less about wear and more about whether the car is complete and properly documented.

Who stands behind the warranty

This is the question that separates two cars at the same asking figure. On a GCC spec car bought from an authorised dealer, the factory warranty usually runs from the first registration and is honoured at the distributor's service centre. On an imported car, the cover often comes from the trader instead, and its length, its terms and what happens if the trader closes all depend on that one business.

Ask for the warranty terms in writing and check whether the battery is covered separately. If the car has been registered before, find out the original start date, because that is when the clock started, whatever the odometer reads. A low service history is normal on a car this new, but any software update or recall work should be recorded.

What moves the asking figure on a second hand Adamas

Three things set most of the gap between listings: the version, the spec and the warranty. First Class usually asks more than Couch because of the chairs and the extra equipment. GCC spec usually asks more than an import because of the factory cover and the local support behind it.

After that come the details that matter on any car. Paint colour, the condition of the cabin, whether the car has been registered, and how long the seller has had it in stock. A trader holding several identical cars may move on price where a single owner will not. Compare cars of the same version and spec first, then look at the asking figures on the live listings.

Think about resale too. A second hand ROX Adamas with a GCC spec, a transferable factory warranty and a full set of papers is the easiest kind to sell on later, because the next buyer will ask the same questions you are asking now.

EMI, Emirates NBD and the paperwork

Each listing shows an estimated EMI, which helps when you are weighing a First Class against a Couch on a monthly budget. Through OneClickDrive, Emirates NBD (ENBD) can give a car loan pre approval within 24 hours to buyers who meet its criteria. Not every car qualifies, and the listing shows when one does, along with any zero down payment option.

For the transfer you will need your Emirates ID, a UAE driving licence and insurance in your name. On a car that was registered before, the seller brings the Mulkiya and clears any fines. If the seller still has a loan on it, ask for the bank's liability letter, then the clearance certificate once it is paid off, because the RTA will not move the car to you without them. On a car being registered for the first time, the RTA test and the customs papers come first, and the dealer often handles that step as part of the sale.

Finding the right Adamas on OneClickDrive

Every Adamas listed with us comes from a dealer, a trader or an owner, and you deal with them directly by phone or WhatsApp. Ask for photos of the spec label, the seat layout and the screen before you travel to a showroom.

Most Adamas cars on sale are with dealers and traders, because the model is too new for many owners to be selling yet. A private seller is more likely to have a car that has been registered and driven, with its own Mulkiya and a short ownership history to look through. A dealer is more likely to offer a car at delivery mileage, finance on the spot and help with the first registration. Neither is better by default, so decide which matters more to you.

If you want to see the whole range side by side, the full ROX line up includes the 01 as well as the Adamas, and it also covers cars parked elsewhere, for anyone open to a used ROX Adamas for sale in UAE emirates beyond Dubai. When the time comes to change cars, you can also sell your car through OneClickDrive.

Domande frequenti

Is the ROX Adamas electric or a hybrid?

It is a range extender. Electric motors drive all four wheels, and a 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine charges the battery when it runs low. You can drive it on electricity for daily use and refuel it like a hybrid on long trips.

Is the Adamas the same car as the ROX 01?

It is the next version of the same car. The Adamas keeps the 01's range extender layout and wheelbase but has a new front end, a reworked cabin and more equipment. Both are sold second hand in Dubai, so check which one the advert is for.

What is the difference between the Adamas First Class and Couch?

First Class has six seats, with two reclining, massaging chairs in the middle row. Couch has seven seats with a bench in the middle. First Class is the more common version on sale in Dubai.

Why does a used ROX Adamas have zero kilometres?

Many are new cars that traders import and list in the used section. Some were registered once by the importer and some have never been plated. Ask which, because it affects the warranty start date and the RTA registration.

Should I buy a GCC spec or a Chinese spec Adamas?

A GCC spec car normally carries a factory warranty honoured in the UAE. A Chinese spec car can cost less, but check the battery fitted, whether the software is in English, and who covers the warranty before you commit.

How far can an Adamas go on battery alone?

The global specification quotes about 235 km on the WLTC cycle. Expect less in a Dubai summer with the air conditioning on. When the battery is low, the petrol engine keeps the car going.

What decides the ROX Adamas price in Dubai?

Mainly the version, the spec and who gives the warranty, then colour, condition and whether the car has been registered. The live listings show current asking figures, so compare cars of the same version and spec.

Can I buy an Adamas on monthly payments?

Yes, on eligible listings. Each car shows an estimated EMI, and Emirates NBD can pre approve a loan within 24 hours if you meet its criteria. Eligible cars also show any zero down payment option.
