OneClickDrive.com Platform allows users to access Facebook Connect to interact with friends and to share on Facebook through Wall and friends' News Feeds. If you are logged into OneClickDrive.com and Facebook, when you click on "Facebook Login" your profiles will merge if the email addresses match. If you are not currently registered as a OneClickDrive user and you use the Platform’s social network connection functions, you will first be asked to enter your social network credentials and then be given the option to register and join OneClickDrive.

By using the Platform’s social network connection function, you will grant us permission to access all of the elements of your social network profile information that you have made available to be shared (as per the settings chosen by you in your social network profile) and to use it in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Statement. If we do use your personal information in these ways, we will always give you the opportunity to request that your information to not be used for further direct marketing in the future.

To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service, when you choose to do so.

To notify you about changes to our Services and Platform and remind you of your password and username.

We may provide your Personal Information to third-party service providers who work on behalf of or with us to provide some of the services and features of OneClickDrive.com and to help us communicate with you. We may disclose your personal information to any of our group of companies. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties:

1. in the event that OneClickDrive Platform (OneClickDrive.com) sells or buys any business or assets;
2. if OneClickDrive Platform (OneClickDrive.com) or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data which we hold about our customers may be one of the transferred assets; or
3. if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Oneclick Drive Portal L.L.C (OneClickDrive.com), our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Retention of Personal Data - We will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes. We will also retain your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you prefer not to receive emails about our Services, you may opt out of such communications by following the instructions at the bottom of any of our emails.

Third parties

We use third parties to serve advertisements on our Platform and these third parties may use cookies or other means to help measure the effectiveness of their advertisements. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity.

Verifying your Information

If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to OneClickDrive.com you may do so by contacting us via the e-mail address or address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action, which we take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function, as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.

Reviewing, changing or deleting information

If you would like to review, change or delete personal information we have collected from you, or permanently delete your account, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page (also located here), or contact the OneClickDrive Admin Team.

If you delete your User Contributions from our Platform, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our Platform. Proper access and use of information provided on our Platforms, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use

California Consumer Privacy Act , Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, users/consumers of OneClickDrive residing in Calfornia have the right to:

• Request OneClickDrive that collects a user’s/consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers/users.
• Request OneClickDrive to delete any personal data about the consumer/user that a business has collected.

If you (for this part,user of OneClickDrive who is a resident of California) make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy, as well as your access to the Platform, is subject to and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai without giving effect to conflicts of law principles thereof. Any dispute regarding this Policy or our handling of your Personal Information and General Information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Dubai.

1. Applicable law

We process personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations. Where we process the personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom we also apply the General Data Protection Regulation, and where we process the personal data of California residents we apply the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended.

2. The personal data we collect

Identity and contact data. Name, email address, telephone and WhatsApp number, nationality, country of residence, and account credentials.

Verification and rental documents. Driving licence, Emirates ID, passport, visa, international driving permit, and where required for a security deposit, credit card details.

Transaction and enquiry data. Bookings, enquiries, listings, vehicles viewed, messages sent through the Platform, and payment records. We do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment providers.

Content you submit. Photographs, videos, vehicle descriptions, reviews and ratings.

Communications. Emails, in-platform messages, WhatsApp and SMS exchanges, and recordings of telephone calls with us.

Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser identifiers, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and cookie and similar identifiers.

Marketing data. Your preferences, consents and opt-outs.

3. Why we process your data, and on what basis

We process personal data to create and administer your account, to process bookings and pass your details to the relevant supplier or dealer, and to publish listings you submit. The basis for this is performance of our contract with you.

We verify identity and driving eligibility on the basis of our contract with you and our legal obligations.

We generate draft listing content from your uploads on the basis of your consent and of our contract with you.

We process data for fraud prevention, security, platform integrity, analytics, improving the Platform, and establishing or defending legal claims, on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a safe and functioning marketplace.

We send marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and we record calls for quality and training, on the basis of your consent.

We comply with law and respond to authorities on the basis of our legal obligations.

4. Sharing your data with dealers, sellers and suppliers

The Platform works by connecting you with third parties. When you make an enquiry, request a quote or start a booking, we share the personal data needed to handle it, typically your name, telephone and WhatsApp number, email address and the details of your enquiry, with the relevant car rental supplier, chauffeur operator, yacht operator, dealer, seller or broker.

Those parties are independent controllers of your data. They will contact you directly by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry, and their own privacy policies govern their use of your data. We are not responsible for how they use it. If you want them to stop contacting you, tell them directly. You may also tell us and we will pass the request on.

5. Other recipients

We also share personal data with hosting, cloud and IT providers; payment processors; communications providers for email, SMS and WhatsApp; analytics and advertising providers; customer support and CRM tools; professional advisers including lawyers, auditors and insurers; law enforcement, regulators and courts where required or permitted by law; and a purchaser or successor in the event of a sale, merger or reorganisation of our business.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes. Strictly necessary cookies make the Platform work, including security and session management. Functional cookies remember your preferences such as language and currency. Analytics cookies tell us how the Platform is used. Advertising cookies help us show relevant advertising and measure campaigns.

Strictly necessary cookies are always active. You can control or block the others through your browser settings, and through any cookie preference controls we make available on the Platform. Blocking cookies may affect how the Platform works.

Some cookies are set by third parties, including analytics and advertising partners, whose own privacy policies govern their use of the data they collect.

7. Call recording and monitoring

We may record and monitor telephone calls and messages between you and our team for training, quality assurance, verification, fraud prevention and record-keeping. Where a call is recorded you will be told at the start of the call, and you may ask for it not to be recorded, in which case we may not be able to continue by telephone.

Calls placed to you by a dealer, seller or supplier after an enquiry may be recorded by them under their own policies, not ours.

8. Marketing, WhatsApp and SMS

We send marketing messages only where you have consented, or where we are otherwise permitted by law. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to any SMS, by using the block or stop option in WhatsApp, by changing your preferences in your account, or by writing to info@oneclickdrive.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We will still send you service and transactional messages about bookings, enquiries, listings and account security. These are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account.

Our marketing complies with applicable UAE telecommunications and anti-spam requirements. If you receive unwanted messages from a dealer, seller or supplier, those are sent by that party and you should opt out with them directly.

9. Automated processing and artificial intelligence

We use automated tools, including machine learning, to generate draft listing content from photographs and details uploaded by sellers, to detect fraud, duplicate and prohibited listings, to rank and recommend listings and search results, and to personalise content and advertising.

We do not make decisions producing legal effects, or similarly significant effects, based solely on automated processing without human involvement. Where an automated check flags an account or a listing, a member of our team reviews it before any suspension or removal. You may ask us to review any automated outcome that affects you, express your view, and contest the outcome, by writing to info@oneclickdrive.com.

10. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where we transfer personal data outside the United Arab Emirates we do so only where the destination provides an adequate level of protection as recognised under the Personal Data Protection Law, or where appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place, or where a permitted exception applies, including your explicit consent or necessity for the performance of your contract. 11. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete or anonymise it. Our usual periods are:

• Account data: for the life of the account, and 24 months after closure.
• Booking, transaction and invoice records: 5 years from the transaction, to meet UAE tax and commercial record-keeping requirements.
• Verification documents such as licence, ID and passport copies: 12 months after the rental ends, unless a dispute, claim or fine is outstanding.
• Enquiry and lead data: 24 months from the last interaction.
• Call recordings: 6 months.
• Website analytics and cookie data: up to 26 months.
• Marketing preferences and opt-out records: retained for as long as necessary so that we can continue to honour your opt-out.

Where data is needed for an ongoing legal claim, investigation or regulatory requirement, we keep it until that concludes.

12. Children

The Platform is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact info@oneclickdrive.com and we will delete it.

13. Security and data breaches

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls on a need-to-know basis, confidentiality obligations on our staff, logging, and due diligence on our providers. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to prejudice your privacy, confidentiality, security or rights, we will notify the UAE Data Office without undue delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will also inform you, telling you what happened, what data was affected, what we are doing about it, and what you can do to protect yourself.

14. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law, you have the right to be informed how your data is processed; to access your data and obtain a copy; to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected; to request erasure of your data; to restrict or object to processing, including profiling and direct marketing; to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller; to withdraw consent at any time; and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To exercise any right, write to info@oneclickdrive.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within one month, and we may extend that by a further two months for complex requests, telling you if we do. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the UAE Data Office. Individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may complain to their local supervisory authority.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and the current version is always published on the Platform. Where a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will give notice by email or by notice on the Platform before it takes effect.
