For one registered in the UAE, you need the original registration card, which is the Mulkiya, the RTA Export Certificate, temporary export plates, a bank NOC if there was finance, proof that fines and Salik are cleared, and about 14 days of insurance on the export plates.

Both routes need your passport or Emirates ID, the seller's ID on a used transfer, a sale invoice showing price and VIN, the Dubai Customs export declaration, a VCC for GCC destinations, and the Bill of Lading. Three things to get right on this model. The engine capacity written as a figure, since the model name alone does not say which of two very different engines is fitted. The powertrain described accurately, meaning petrol hybrid on the current car and petrol on the older one, because the hybrid description is what a reduced band depends on where one exists and a wrong description in either direction causes trouble. And the seat count, since a seven or eight-seat vehicle can be classified differently from a five-seater in markets that draw that line. Keep originals with your copies, and check the drive-side rule and whether a Certificate of Conformity is required.
