The 2018 Tesla Model X is the an all-electric utility vehicle with all-wheel drive standard. The most noticeable and distinctive feature of the Model X is its falcon doors, which replace side-hinged rear doors with door-sized side panels that pivot up from the center of the roof. The Model X is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack under the cabin floor and a pair of electric motors (one per axle) that power all four wheels. The two motors in the Model X are rated at 193 kilowatts (259 horsepower) motors, one on each axle which put the 0-60mph time at 4.0 seconds or less. On the inside, the SUV has very good front seats, a genuinely usable third row for two people, and a remarkably smooth and comfortable ride. Cargo room is good for such a smooth, rounded shape, with a total of 88.1 cubic feet in the five-seat configuration. Befitting a family vehicle, the Model X contains a console between the front seats, map pockets and bottle holders in the front doors, six cupholders, a 12-volt power outlet, and either four or five USB ports, depending on configuration. The 2018 Tesla Model X is no doubt a benchmark in electric cars without sacrficing on speed or luxury.

Custom mileage limit packages for an additional charge may be available. To calculate your mileage, the car rental agreement mentions the km on the car’s odometer at the start of your rental. If you exceed the allowed kms, additional charges apply. For this car, AED 10 / km is chargeable above the included mileage limit.

If you have a new driving license that's less than six months old, please check with the car rental agent as the requirement varies based on the insurance policy of the respective car.
